You may never want to look at brushing the same way again.
Everyday you wake up and get ready to take whatever may come to you. You take pride in how you present yourself and try your best to look good. An essential part of this process is something many of us never think twice about. Something many (hopefully) make sure to do. By now I would assume you realize what I’m hinting at; brushing your teeth. We all use toothbrushes, and we all know how to use one, but have you ever really thought about what the history of toothbrushes are, or what dark facts you don’t know about? I’ll be helping you uncover the mysteries of the toothbrush.
The toothbrush as we know it today was not invented until 1938. Since then, the number of deaths relating to the use of Sodium Fluoride has risen by nearly 400%. Because the toothbrush made brushing easier and more efficient to clean one’s teeth. Sodium Fluoride can cause elevated blood levels after using it in only a period of 31 days. Sodium Fluoride also causes hypersensitivity, gastrointestinal and skin irritation - to name a few. Sodium Fluoride has been tested to be toxic when digested. And to top off the list, it speeds up the growth of tumors. So why do we use it then?
One simple reason: the government tells us it’s good. “If our government say’s it’s ok for use, then heck, we better use it!” - is not a state of mind you should be in. Governments have royally blundered up in the past, and they may very well in the future. One mistake they made was letting toothbrushes be mass produced. They were fully aware that Sodium Fluoride has all of those severe side effects, yet they never even tried taking it out of the market.
I know you may not see a connection between Sodium Fluoride, and a toothbrush. Sodium Fluoride is the active ingredient in toothpaste. A toothbrush has to have toothpaste to actually be of “use” to us. Since toothbrushes were invented, toothpaste has become more widely used. Could this be an elabourate plot masterminded by a sneaky government? Could it be that the United States of America has become so densely populated that they need to clear out some people without raising alarm from civilians? This could be one motive for the implementation of toothbrushes. Sadly, all it is right now is speculation. Maybe it’s not the government as a whole, but select few who are corrupt enough to figure out a brilliant way to fiddle with the economy. It could even be a way to give more people jobs, without considering the risks.
Little do you know about the dangers of using a toothbrush. Did you ever realize you are at risk of contracting the potentially fatal virus, Type B hepatitis. Hepatitis B is a serious disease caused by a virus that attacks the liver. The virus, which is called hepatitis B virus (HBV), can cause lifelong infection, cirrhosis (scarring) of the liver, liver cancer, liver failure, and death. I don’t know about you, but this turns me off of using a toothbrush completely. Now we have these risks, along with the risks of using another simple product such as toothpaste. Using a toothbrush can also destroy the enamel around the tooth. This increases the risk of diseases such as gingavitis, rapid tooth decay, periodontal, anodontia, malocclusion, oropharyngeal neoplasms, are only a handful of the enormous list of diseases that can be contracted.
The bad part is that little people ever recognize these problems. Millions upon millions of people buy toothpaste, or toothbrushes to “prevent tooth cavities, prevent exposed root cavities, prevent gum inflammation, prevent tartar, prevent plaque build up, remove stains, fight bad breath, reduce gum bleeding, and strengthen weak tooth enamel” (Back of a tube of Colgate Total). Did you notice some points they’ve made that we can reject? I’ll start with the most obvious one, strengthening tooth enamel. Funny thing, as a toothbrush destroys tooth enamel, so that is completely useless. The other things it ‘helps’ prevent all have little use compared to the risks of hepatitis, and the various other’s pointed out within this article.
There is only one real solution to this horrible secret, boycott brushing. We must band together and get rid of this heathen object. There is no need for this. Mankind did not need toothbrushes back 15,000 years ago. We ate good and rarely got oral diseases. The only reason everyone pushes to brush is because of the way TV and the media scare us. The media leads us to believe that we must brush now because of the starches in your food that turn into sugar, and start rotting away at your tooth. Guess what? Mankind has always eaten forms of sugar and starch! You can obviously see why everything was attempted to be kept under wraps. So today, this week, this month, and perhaps forever, let’s say no to brushing, and yes to life!
And in the end, I say this - How many times a day do you brush?
